Memorial services for Andre L. Kelley have been announced.

The services will take place Tues., Nov. 22, 2011 at Beulah Heights 1st Pentecostal Church, 782 Orchard St., New Haven.

Visitation hours will be held from 9 - 11 a.m.

The memorial service will start at 11 a.m.

NEW HAVEN -- The police department responded to its 30th homicide of the year Sunday on a day where five people were shot in three incidents. Four are expected to survive. Andre Kelley, 29, however, was fatally shot inside his first-floor apartment at 536 Whalley Ave.
