Albert Jenkins, 40, of 690 Howard Ave., is shot at 2 a.m. behind Poor John’s Pub at 631 Middletown Ave. Jenkins survives the shooting but dies on May 24 after being removed from life support. A suspect, Robert Lee “Desperado” Gallishaw, 29, is jailed in connection with an unrelated shooting in 2009 but has not been charged in Jenkins’ killing.
