Devaante Jackson's family has organized two fundraisers to help pay for funeral costs. The family is accepting donations and will also be selling items like pins and shirts in remembrance of him.

Jackson was shot and killed August 15 in the Hill.

The first fundraiser is Thursday August 22 at Deja Vu's Bar and Restaurant at 50 Fitch Street. The fundraiser starts at 5 p.m.

The other fundraiser will be held from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Roberto Clemente Leadership Academy at 360 Columbus Ave on Saturday August 24.
