Robert Lee McArthur, 29, is shot as he sits in his car near the corner of Ella T. Grasso Boulevard and Kimberly Avenue at 7:46 p.m. After the crime, police were looking for a silver SUV with newer orange New York plates. The car was seen fleeing south on the boulevard toward Interstate 95. Police believe the killing was drug related.
