From New Haven Police Department's Most Wanted, below is the flier for Zachary Cody Franklin, whom police allege was the triggerman that shot and murdered John-Claude James in a dispute over a gold necklace.
A second suspect, Earl Simpson, was arrested and charged with aiding in the killing.

Free that man Cody he innocent. Honestly no body donnt wanna tell but Earl Simpson aka pottis killed john claude over that necklace.
