Two men charged in the killing of Javier Cosme, 21, of Bridgeport, behind the former Gotham Citi nightclub on Church Street are due in court for a pre-trial hearing Wednesday. Joshua Cruz, 23, and Jose Ramos, 21, both remain jailed and have pleaded not guilty. A third man, William Rivera, 22, is scheduled for a jury trial next month.

Cruz is the alleged triggerman who fired the fatal shot.
