Police arrested Milton Daniels Jr., 20, in connection with shooting death of Orchard Market clerk Abdul Ghani El-Rawas.

Daniels was originally arrested for an unrelated 2012 larceny as S.W.A.T. officers executed a search warrant at his home for evidence connecting him to the homicide. Evidence was found, and Daniels was arrested and charged with felony murder and murder, according to police. He is being held on a $2 million bond, and is expected to be arraigned Feb. 19.

Police have now arrested suspects in both of the city's homicides to date this year.
