WANTED BY POLICE: Zachary Cody Franklin

UPDATE: Zachary Cody Franklin was arrested in Stafford County, Va. on November 17, 2011, and awaits extradition to Connecticut.

From New Haven Police Department's Most Wanted, below is the flier for Zachary Cody Franklin, whom police allege was the triggerman that shot and murdered John-Claude James in a dispute over a gold necklace.

A second suspect, Earl Simpson, was arrested and charged with aiding in the killing.
